We accept PayPal payments only. You can pay for our pre-made packages directly from the website. For tailor made services, we will provide you with our PayPal information. We only take payments in advance.

For very long projects like audio-post production services we will discuss a payment plan and terms prior commencement of the work.

Our pre-made packages include two revisions.

For our pre-made packages we aim to do a turn around within 7 days or faster. It depends in the studios and engineers availability and obviously the complexity of the project. We will inform you with an estimate delivery time as soon as we listen to your project. If you require you track urgently please get touch in before ordering.

We prefer to use Dropbox or any alternative file sharing service. But you can also upload to our servers if you prefer to do so. We will return the mix or master the same way.

We only accept WAV or AIFF files (44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96KHz). These should be bounced from bar one and all be the same length and the same sample rate.

Please label your tracks by instrument name. Please remove any plugins or processing before bouncing the files. We require dry files only. If any effect is vital for your song, like a guitar distortion, delay, etc. please send us a dry and wet version clearly labelled as well (this won’t count on the stems numbers).

Please send us a word document with precise instructions and notes including time code or bar references when you refer to any section. We also require the song time signature and bar references of any tempo changes. Please tell us the main key of the song.

Please also include a reference mix of the song and if you have any reference music you want us to listen please include them in a separate folder labelled reference tracks. We prefer WAV reference tracks if possible.
